1. How Much Say Do I Have Over the Look, Feel, And Functionality Of My Website? 

I build custom websites, so you will have complete control over the look, feel, and functionality of your website. 

2. How Do Payments Work? 

For the Website Build Package, payment is split into 4 equal payments of 25% each. 

Payment 1 – Due at the beginning of the project before work begins

Payment 2 – Due at the end of the design phase

Payment 3 – Due at the end of the build phase

Payment 4 – Due at the end of the project

For the Monthly Website Maintenance subscription, payment is due on the first of every month, with the option for automatic withdrawal to make things even easier. If your subscription starts in the middle of the month, the first month will be prorated. You can easily cancel anytime without penalty. 

3. Can I Cancel My Monthly Maintenance Subscription Anytime? 

Yes, you can your monthly maintenance subscription anytime without penalty.

4. What Platform Do You Use? 

If you already have a platform you are working with and a domain, I am happy to work with what you have. However, if you do not, I will use WordPress on Hostinger. This will provide you with the best customizability and versatility around. 

5. What Do I Have To Provide Before You Can Get Started? 

I will need your logo, brand colors, and any images you want to use. Preferably, your logo should be in either PNG or SVG with a transparent background. If your logo needs work, I can handle it, but you may incur an additional charge, which I would discuss with you beforehand and receive your approval. 

Keep in mind that if you do not have any particular images you want to use, I provide fully-licensed images and graphics at no additional charge. 

6. Who Covers The Cost Of Paid Integrations? 

If your website needs paid integrations such as a booking system, you will be responsible for the cost of the integration (and it will also be in your name).
