Welcome to PWD Marketplace! PWD Marketplace is a part of Piedmont Web Designs, LLC. Please be sure to read the terms and conditions thoroughly. Registering as a vendor and/or selling on PWD Marketplace means you are agreeing to follow all of the rules and guidelines set forth in this document. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you are not allowed to sell on PWD Marketplace.

Who Can Sell On PWD Marketplace?

In order to sell on PWD Marketplace, you must meet the following criteria:

• Have an original product that you own and have the right to sell
• Have a valid PayPal account that you can receive payments in

What Products Are Allowed On PWD Marketplace?

The following items can be sold on PWD Marketplace:

• Images
• Photographs
• Graphics
• Videos
• Plugins
• WordPress Themes
• Website Themes
• Website Templates
• Social Media Templates

Only digital products are allowed. No physical products are allowed on PWD Marketplace. Please note that all products must be legal, clean, and free from foul language, obscene images, or any type of hate speech. PWD Marketplace reserves the right to remove any products we suspect violate these terms.

Fees, Payments, And Taxes

PWD Marketplace receives a 15% commission from the sale of every product. The vendor receives 85% of each sale minus transaction and payment fees. The vendor is responsible for collecting tax on each sale. 

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not allowed. Therefore, vendors are not allowed to offer refunds. 

Product And Customer Support 

Vendors are solely responsible for offering product and customer support for their products. Be sure to let customers know what your support policy is. PWD Marketplace is not responsible for and will not be held liable for customer complaints, questions, or dissatisfaction. This is between the customer and the vendor. 

PWD Marketplace Is Non-Exclusive

The vendor retains the right to all of their products. Vendors may sell their products on PWD Marketplace and on any other platform they wish. 

Vendors Retain Ownership Rights

Vendors retain all ownership rights to the products they post for sale on the PWD Marketplace. PWD Marketplace simply brings consumers and vendors together. 

Product Licensing

All products on the PWD Marketplace should offer a lifetime license for commercial and personal use. Vendors are responsible for providing and keeping up with licenses for all of their products sold. Vendors are responsible for resolving all licensing issues that arise from customers. PWD Marketplace is not responsible and will not be held liable for any licensing issues. 

Additional Information

• PWD Marketplace reserves the right to suspend or terminate a vendor’s account for any reason.
• PWD Marketplace reserves the right to remove or disapprove a product for any reason. 
• PWD Marketplace will not be held liable for any harm or injury that arises from the use of products sold on PWD Marketplace. 

Legal Disputes

The vendor and PWD Marketplace agrees to settle all disputes outside of courts. If a resolution cannot be arrived at, then both parties agree to arbitration. The vendor will be held responsible for all legal fees, including those of PWD Marketplace, in accordance with federal and state laws. All legal proceedings must occur in the state and county which Piedmont Web Designs, LLC operates. 

Piedmont Web Designs has the right to update the Vendor Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. An email will be sent to every vendor. If the vendor disagrees with the changes made to the Vendor Terms & Conditions, they must request account termination and cease to sell on PWD Marketplace. It is the responsibility of the vendor to thoroughly read the Vendor Terms & Conditions.
